As a manufacturer of plastering machines, KALETA offers equipment for various applications, allowing you to choose the most suitable option for your needs. Our plastering machine range includes equipment for machine-applied, traditional, cement-lime, gypsum and textured plaster mixes. Below, we present plastering machines designed for applying different types of plaster:
- KALETA plastering machine type 1 for bagged materials, type 2 for bagged materials and silo-fed materials, types 3 and 3S for bagged materials and silo-fed materials, types 4, 4S, 4/230 and 4S/230 for bagged materials, as well as types 5 and 5S for bagged materials and silo-fed materials. All of these machines are intended for applying ready-made mixes such as lime-gypsum plasters, base coats, special plasters, lightweight plasters, self-levelling screeds and renovation plasters.
- KALETA plastering machines types 6, 6S, 6/230 and 6S/230 are modular models, which means that the machine can be separated into basic modules such as the hopper, pump column with gear motor, and the frame with air, electrical and water systems. They are intended for applying the same types of materials as the previously listed machines, using both bagged and silo-fed materials.
- The automated KALETA Silo 140 unit is designed to transfer plaster from a silo to a plastering machine.
- The upgraded KALETA 151 plastering machine is used for applying textured plasters, finishing coatings, acrylic and mineral fillers, external thermal insulation systems and fireproofing materials using wet mixes.
- The KALETA 150 plastering machine is designed for mixes prepared directly on the construction site, with a maximum grain size of 6 mm.
- In addition, KALETA offers special-purpose models such as the KALETA-5S MAX for bagged and silo-fed materials and the KALETA-150 MAX for mixes prepared directly on the construction site. These models offer increased power and performance.
As a manufacturer of plastering machines, in addition to selling our equipment, we also provide advice on selecting the appropriate model. Depending on your budget and requirements, you can choose a plastering machine with an appropriate capacity ranging from 45 kg to 130 kg and suitable overall dimensions.
